I have been on CBD ultra spectrum 1000mg for close to a year. I take 4 to 5 drops three times a day. I was on some heavy duty pain killers 3 times a day for a collapsing spine. I have been able to drastically limit the pain meds by 2 thirds. I am very happy with the CBD ultra spectrum.
