Serving Recommendations
Each 6 oz jar contains 500 mg of full-spectrum hemp extract.
6 oz (170g) container: ~34 servings per jar at 5 ml per serving (approx. 1 teaspoon).
Start with one serving (1 tsp or 5 ml contains 15 mg hemp extract) and wait 30 minutes before consuming another serving to gauge how your body metabolizes the cannabinoids.
Stir and enjoy.

I can’t say enough good things about this honey. By far my favorite purchase from district hemp. I tend to take it in floral teas and black teas and it is the most soothing thing. I have terrible pain in my ankles, so winding down with some tea infused with this stuff after a long day takes all the stress away. I recommend if you’re putting into hot drinks that the temperature of the liquid doesn’t go over 200 degrees F.
